Camp Connection started with a simple observation from three decades inside the camp and retreat world: the groups are out there, and the camps have the space — they just keep missing each other. A youth pastor plans one retreat a year and starts from scratch every time. A camp director is running programs, meals, and maintenance, and the office phone rings into voicemail. Both sides lose the booking neither of them wanted to lose.

So we put a person in the middle. A group tells us their dates, their headcount, and how far they’ll drive; we already know the camps — who fits a group that size, who serves meals, who has fall weekends left — and we walk the group to a place that can actually say yes. When the first camp is full, the group doesn’t start over; we take them to the next one. Camps get bookings they would have missed. Groups get a retreat instead of a research project. That model has produced life-changing weekends — and six-figure bookings for camps — for years.

What we believe

Groups never pay. The search, the matching, and the concierge help are free for every group, every time.
Fit decides, money doesn’t. No camp can pay us to be recommended to a group they can’t serve. Fit and availability order the list, always.
Facts stay fresh. A directory is only useful if it’s true. Listings carry verified facts with a visible last-verified date, and camps can claim and correct their own listing free.
Camps stay in charge. A camp can claim its listing, change it, or ask us to remove it — and we honor that immediately.
