Camp Connection (“we”) helps church groups find Christian camps and retreat centers. This page explains, in plain words, what we collect and what we do with it.

What we collect

What you send us. When you submit an inquiry, we receive what you typed: your name, contact details, church or organization, trip dates, group size, starting city, and any notes. That’s it — there is no account to create.
Basic technical logs. Like nearly every website, our servers record standard request information (such as IP address and page requested) used for security and to keep the site working.

What we use it for

To find camps that fit your trip and to contact you with options — the thing you asked us to do.
To share your trip details (dates, headcount, group type, region — and your contact details when you’re ready to talk to a camp) with the camps we’re matching you to.
To respond to camps and retreat centers that ask about listings.

What we don’t do

We don’t sell your information. To anyone. Ever.
We don’t send your details to any camp you’re not being matched with.
We don’t run third-party advertising trackers on this site.
We never put personal information in web addresses or links.

Camp listings

Directory listings describe camps and retreat centers as businesses, using publicly available factual information. Any camp can claim its listing, correct it, or ask us to remove it — removal is honored immediately. Nothing from a camp’s internal systems is ever published without that camp’s explicit approval.

Keeping and deleting your information

We keep inquiry records only as long as needed to serve your trip and our legitimate business records. Want yours corrected or deleted? Reply to any message we’ve sent you, or submit a note through the inquiry form saying so, and we’ll take care of it.

Children

This website is for adults planning group trips. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it, and material changes will be called out on this page.
