Camp Connection is a free matching service for church groups looking for Christian camps and retreat centers in the United States. You describe the trip once; we do the calling around.
1. You tell us about the trip
Dates (rough is fine), how many people, where you’re leaving from, how long you’re willing to ride, and what kind of retreat it is — youth weekend, family camp, men’s or women’s retreat, leadership planning. That’s the whole job on your side. Use the form on the home page.
2. We shortlist camps that actually fit
We match on the things that make or break a group trip: overnight capacity, dining capacity, meeting space, lodging style, food service, season, and real drive time from where your group starts. A camp that can’t genuinely take your group never makes the list — no matter what.
3. We check who’s open before you hear anything
This is the part that saves you a week of voicemail. We contact the shortlisted camps directly. Camps that run their bookings on The One App can show us live open dates; for the rest, thirty years of relationships means our call gets returned.
4. You get two or three live options — and a person to ask
Not thirty links. Two or three places that have your dates, fit your headcount, and are inside your drive. You can ask us anything about any of them: food, beds, minimums, what happens if your numbers drop. If your first pick falls through, we move to the next one with you.
5. You book directly with the camp
The contract, the deposit, and the relationship are between your group and the camp — the way it should be. We stay reachable through the whole thing if a question comes up.
What it costs
Nothing, for your group. Ever. Camps pay Camp Connection a referral fee when a group we sent books a stay. That fee never changes your price, and it never changes which camps we recommend — fit and availability decide the list, always.
