A real person reads every inquiry. In most cases we come back with two or three live options within one business day — often the same day, because we check availability with the camps before we reply.

We find and hold the options; you book directly with the camp. The contract, deposit, and relationship stay between your group and the camp, and we stay available for questions the whole way through.

Nothing. Listing and claiming are free, with no subscription and no per-lead charge. A referral fee applies only when a group Camp Connection sourced signs with you, and the exact terms are put in plain writing before you accept your first lead.

When your listing is live, claiming is free and verified — an email at your camp’s own domain, or a callback to your published number. Once claimed you control the photos, description, and where leads go. If anything is wrong before you claim, tell us and we fix it.

Yes, immediately and without argument. Unclaimed listings carry only public, factual information, and any camp can ask us to remove its listing at any time.

You can still earn. When a group originates on your listing and books elsewhere because you had no room, you receive an origination share — being full should never mean getting nothing.
