Camp program and worship staff

Program and worship staff plan and lead the schedule: large-group games, chapel, worship music, Bible study and evening programs.

What camps usually look for

Musicians, speakers and program planners are all part of this.
Christian camps usually ask about your faith and may ask for a pastor or church reference.

Pay, housing and requirements differ from camp to camp. Each posting says what that camp offers; we do not publish averages.

Camp Connection is not an employer or a staffing agency. We connect people to camps; each camp does its own screening, background checks and hiring. Postings expire automatically.
